What a fantastic evening we had at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool last night (20th March). Feedback has been exceptional. We hosted over 330 delegates for the event and the room was vibrant with excitement and networking. Thankfully the weather was sunny to allow the drinks reception sponsored by AXIOM to be held outside, giving attendees a view of the hotel and the immense construction work taking place at the warehouse over the dock from the hotel. Steve Elliott from the Chemical Industries Association gave an insightful welcome speech at the start of the evening and Tom Ward hosted the Awards ceremony and kept the awards presentations flowing smoothly and with humour.
We received the largest ever amount of award submissions for the 2025 deadline and wish to thank all of those who took the time to send in an award entry. We also launched a new award category which was highly subscribed to. The achievements from our industry are phenomenal and the standard of submissions was extremely high. The nominations were a real showcase to the dynamic and diverse sector we work in. It is a real credit to the industry to see the scope, diversity, sustainability, innovations, operational excellence and talent which make up the sector.
Special thanks also go to all of our sponsors. Without you, the Awards and dinner would not have been possible. More about our Award sponsors can be found below but let us not forget to mention CHEMUK 2025, our headline sponsor, AXIOM, our drinks reception sponsor, and Manntek our Awards brochure sponsor.
