Working with key stakeholders we will strive to:

  1. Proactively champion the promotion of policies and training programmes targeted at delivering diversity at all levels of our workforce;
  2. Attract and retain the talent and skills that are crucial to the success of our industry;
  3. Support members as they prepare their workforce – from senior management to more junior roles – to keep abreast of developments aimed at increasing industry sustainability;
  4. Engage with early careerists through CIA’s ChemTalent and with local communities; and
  5. Using this vision as a platform for engagement, explore with stakeholders and the supply chain opportunities to collaborate, encouraging greater transparency and communication.
