Environmental Audit Committee has launched an Inquiry into PFAS. Submissions of written evidence can be made up to 26 May.
The announcement mentions that….“Members will be considering whether enough is being done to understand fully the risks of PFAS in the UK and whether research institutions and the Environment Agency are equipped to monitor their impact”.

The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) has recently published the Statutory Instrument amending the UK REACH fees payable to the UK REACH Agency (The Health and Safety Executive). The Statutory Instrument (2025 No. 299), laid before Parliament on 10 March, will enter into force on 1 April 2025.
