Since our last update, the CIA has engaged directly with political leaders, including the Liberal Democrats and the Labour Party. By positioning the chemical industry as a vital contributor to the Government’s growth agenda, we are ensuringits importance is recognised at the highest levels. Looking to the future, the CIA is building momentum with its Project 2035 campaign. This year, in collaboration with S&P Global, we launched this evidence-based initiative to shape a 2035 outlook for the UK chemical industry, focusing on sustainability and long-term growth.
