What’s it about?

In this, the 50th anniversary year of the Health and Safety at Work Act, there is a stronger business case than ever before for good health leadership. Launching on the day is CIA’s Sustainable Health Metrics 2024 user-friendly tool that provides a great starting point for the workplace health and wellbeing journey, embracing continuous improvement and creating sustainable operations. We will hear about some key occupational health challenges that organisations face: menopause, and mental health & wellbeing. In the workshop part of the day, we’ll explore leading KPIs, occupational health provision, and line manager needs.
