  • Primary Role: Organises initiatives, facilitates discussions, and represents the ChemTalent Network in various forums to influence the future workforce.
  • Engagement: Works with government bodies, industry leaders, and international associations to influence policies, promote best practices, and ensure the industry’s long-term growth.
  • Focus: Aims to shape a sustainable and innovative future for the chemicals sector by ensuring the perspectives of emerging talents are heard, valued, and integrated into industry strategies.
  • Commitment: Members are expected to actively participate in monthly meetings, contribute to strategic planning, and dedicate a few hours each week to committee-related tasks, all while advocating for the future of the industry and its workforce.
