Read moreSince its launch in North America in 2017, the Sustainability Academy has provided over 200 Dow employees globally with the hands-on experience and tools needed to bring sustainability business insights into their jobs. Dow now has Academies across all regions and in 2019, launched the EMEAI Sustainability Academy through a partnership with the University of Cambridge, CISL. The program has been popular with employees and yielded long-lasting business results. Employee participants are selected through a competitive nomination process to participate in a six-month experience.
