Education and Employment Strategy Group

Our Education and Employment Strategy Group deals with employment affairs, trades union relations, education and skills and has networks active on the HR front together with ChemTalent, our early-careerists network.

ChemTalent

Network Manager: Diana Tamayo

ChemTalent aims to be a coveted platform to inspire, debate and transform the future of our industry. Led by CIA’s Young Ambassador, this network is for all future talent – people either at the start of their careers or for those seeking a career within our industry. By joining this network, members can gain from peer-to-peer support and advice, networking opportunities and events, getting your voice heard and influencing the CIA lobbying agenda.

CIA members can also apply to become part of the ChemTalent Leadership Group responsible for mapping the overall direction of the network and debating industry’s key topics. ChemTalent priorities are to promote the chemical industry, change perceptions and bridge the skills gap.
